My aim was to build a smart irrigation system which will automatically water the crops by sensing all the environment factors like temp, humidity, light intensity etc... The smartedge agile is used to sense this data.
BY creating widget it was able to sense real time variable like temp, humidity, ambient light, pressure etc..
next aim was to make a environment changes according to these values so a iot microcontroller was necessary. so I used particle photon to do the project. Then there should be connection between the value from brainium portal to particle. for that IFTTT web service was used.
then using these variables from the particle, water pump and garden light will be operated according to the time required for that specific crop. That should be coded according to the crop need.
